Intitul\u00e9e Le Bleu de L\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9<\/em>, cette exposition de poterie contemporaine<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 la Galerie Lionelle Courbet<\/strong> durant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2014. Situ\u00e9e au c\u0153ur de Paris, cette galerie d\u2019art et design est connue pour son engagement envers les cr\u00e9ateurs qui explorent les savoir-faire traditionnels \u00e0 travers une lecture r\u00e9solument contemporaine. Avec Le Bleu de L\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9<\/em>, la galerie proposait une s\u00e9lection d\u2019\u0153uvres o\u00f9 peinture, photographie, sculpture et c\u00e9ramique contemporaine se r\u00e9pondent dans une sc\u00e9nographie harmonieuse, \u00e9voquant la lumi\u00e8re et la mati\u00e8re propre \u00e0 la saison estivale.<\/p>

Au centre de cette exposition de poterie contemporaine, les \u0153uvres de Karen Swami<\/strong> se d\u00e9marquaient par leur force silencieuse et leur puissance formelle. C\u00e9ramiste fran\u00e7aise reconnue dans le domaine de la c\u00e9ramique d\u2019art, elle travaille des formes pures et intemporelles, inspir\u00e9es par les philosophies orientales et la beaut\u00e9 imparfaite du wabi-sabi. Chaque pi\u00e8ce, fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e \u00e0 la main, t\u00e9moigne d\u2019un savoir-faire d\u2019exception h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de la grande tradition de la c\u00e9ramique fran\u00e7aise<\/strong>. Par les jeux de feu, de textures et de finitions \u2014 mates, satin\u00e9es ou enfum\u00e9es \u2014 ses jarres et contenants deviennent des \u0153uvres de poterie d\u2019art<\/strong>, \u00e0 la fois sculpturales et m\u00e9ditatives.<\/p>

Avec Le Bleu de L\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9<\/em>, la Galerie Lionelle Courbet confirme son go\u00fbt pour les dialogues artistiques raffin\u00e9s.
